Accounting Assistant (PT)
Accounting Assistant job duties include all the finance functions related with accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, reconciliations, financial reporting and administrative support.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities;
· Providing assistance to the accounting department
· Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
· Preparing general ledger postings and statements
· Entering financial transaction data to our database on a daily basis
Ideal Qualifications;
· Recent college graduate with a degree in Accounting or a related field
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
· Skilled at operating computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
· Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
· Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to work under pressure
